Congratulations Jimmy for passing his Sandan grading at the BAF Summer School this year!
Congratulations our students for passing their recent 5th and 6th kyu gradings; and to Wesley who received his shodan certificate from the Aikikai World Headquarters, at the BAF Spring Course.
There will be a course at the University of Bristol Aikido Club with Despina Sensei on the 15th of November 2025, between 2pm - 4:30pm.

Congratulations Wesley! There are no classes on Thursday the 7th and Saturday the 9th of August 2025 as we will be at the BAF Summer School. Last class before summer school will be on Saturday, the 2nd of August. We will be back as normal from Thursday, the 14th of August. Despina Kyriacou Sensei led a course over the 12 & 13th of July 2025 at Port Talbot Aikido.
Thank you to Don Morgan Sensei for the invite and to those who came to train during the heatwave! The 2025 BAF Summer School is now open for booking. It will be held on the 4th-7th August 2025 at the University of Chester. We will have Sho Umetsu, 6th Dan Shihan as a guest instructor from Hombu Dojo, Japan.

Thank you to all who came, trained and shared your energy with us from all over London and beyond. It was wonderful to see familiar and new faces from the BAF and various other organisations. We hope that you had a great afternoon of training and look out for another course later in the year. The last class of 2024 before Christmas will be on Thursday, the 19th of December 2024.
We will be returning on Thursday, 9th of January 2025 for more training and the start of our beginners course. We wish everyone happy holidays and see you in 2025. |
